Low sugar strawberry jam 

My jams are made with reduced sugar coming out to less than 3 g of added sugar per tablespoon. Compare that to store brand jams, which have upwards of 10 to 12 g of added sugar per tablespoon! For context, an adult should be having less than 25 g of added sugar per day this way you can enjoy wonderful preserved whole fruit jams without the guilt and enjoy the full flavor of the fruit itself. 

There is no added coloring, or any additional weird preservatives. It is simply fruit, lemon juice, sugar, and pectin.
